Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum + OTE up to £45,000

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for building client relationships. You'll play a key role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports.

• Proven experience in a sales or business development role (B2B or B2C).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Competitive base salary of £28,000 - £32,000.
• Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of £40,000 - £45,000.
