In-store Product Sales Advisor

Overview

We are looking for a Product Sales Advisor to join our fast‑paced team and promote our innovative heated tobacco product, a scientifically proven alternative that is 95% less harmful than traditional cigarettes. The role is not only about sales; it’s about changing lives and offering adult smokers a safer option.

• Engage with customers to introduce, educate, and sell our heated tobacco and other nicotine alternative products.
• Take full ownership of performance by achieving daily sales targets.
• Build strong rapport and relationships with retail staff to create a welcoming, informed store environment.
• Submit correct, timely, and accurate sales and customer interaction reports and insights, and capture accurate data.
• Own a car with a valid full UK licence and insurance, and be willing to travel within a 1‑hour radius drive of the designated location.
• Be confident and comfortable engaging with customers, and be hungry, eager, self‑motivated, and target‑driven.

• £15.33 per hour base pay.
• Commission regularly paid out at over £3,500+ per month for top performers.
