• Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
• Tracking outreach performance and reporting weekly

• 50-70 outbound answered calls per day
• 50-70 email/Linked In touchpoints per day
• 50-60 qualified leads per week
• 10-12 qualified meetings booked per week
• 20% lead'‘to'‘meeting conversion
• 100% CRM accuracy

• 1-2 years' experience in outbound sales, telesales, or telemarketing
• Strong communication skills and resilience
• Confidence speaking with decision'‘makers
• Experience in the recruitment industry (nice to have)

• £50 per qualified meeting attended
