- Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 basic + uncapped commission (£60,000 OTE)
- Contract:
Full-time (40 hours/week), with overtime available - Hours:
Monday–Friday 9am–6pm, with two 10am–7pm shifts per week. Occasional weekends with time off in lieu - Uncapped Commission? Tick. Warm Leads? Tick. No Cold Calls? Tick. Pre-qualified Customers? Absolutely!

What your day will look like- Connecting with warm leads to understand what customers need
- Guiding them through the car finance process, from quote to completion
- Offering expert, friendly advice and support throughout
- Using our bespoke tech platform to manage and streamline each journey
- Closing deals and celebrating your wins
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in sales and customer service
- A love for targets, performance, and hitting the top of the leader board
- Quick rapport-building skills and a customer-first mindset
