AX Premium Properties is expanding into the UK market and seeking ambitious, results-driven Real Estate Agents / Property Consultants based in Manchester. You will work with warm leads to promote and sell Dubai’s premium real estate investments, build client relationships, and drive sales targets.
Responsibilities- Engage with warm leads and prospective clients interested in Dubai real estate investments.
- Present and explain property investment opportunities, including off-plan and completed developments.
- Qualify prospects, follow up, and manage the sales pipeline through CRM tools.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process
, from initial consultation to closing. - Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide professional market insights and tailored investment advice.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings as required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills
. - Confident and enthusiastic in a face-to-face sales environment.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and competitive attitude.
- Ability to build trust quickly with high-value clients.
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple leads and deals.
- Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
- Previous property sales experience is advantageous but not essential if you have strong sales ability.
- Experience in real estate, property sales, or financial advisory
. - Knowledge of the Dubai property market or international investment products.
- CRM usage experience and sales tracking skills.
