Enjoy working as part of a sales team highly valued by our customers, supporting the continued growth of our UK Commercial & Corporate FX Sales business. Provide outstanding service to customers with their day‑to‑day requirements and proactively promote our full suite of products across FX, FXO and Digital Solutions.

We’ll consider candidates at both Analyst and Associate level depending on the level of experience held. This is a regulated and customer-facing role; you’ll need to be fully trained and successfully pass regulatory exams, although training will be provided in role.

• Manage the sales side of providing FX products to a wide range of customers.
• Drive and deliver increased efficiencies in the coverage of a large portfolio, providing outstanding service via digital engagement.
• Identify opportunities to drive FX revenues from existing and new customers, including potential FX option opportunities.

• Speaking to various stakeholders to promote our Corporate foreign exchange services to both existing and prospective new clients.
• Building strong client relationships through consistent and meaningful interaction.
• Implementing client focus through various initiatives and communications, continuing to drive the e‑agenda across our business.
• Identifying, cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities to drive FX revenues, including potential FX option and digital opportunities.

• Customer‑focused, team‑oriented and highly capable to make an impact in this role.
• Demonstrated ability and desire to pass regulatory exams to become FCA Registered CF30 and Customer Investment Adviser registered, if not already held.
• The ability to understand existing processes and propose areas where things can be improved or made more efficient.
• Great verbal communication skills, and ideally a track record of having helped customers by identifying their needs and providing relevant and appropriate solutions.
• Demonstrable technical skills and the ability to understand and explain complex products, specifically the benefits and risks associated with them.
• A good understanding of our FX proposition and the Commercial Bank’s frontline staff, along with their clients' currencies service requirements.
• A good understanding and interest in investment banking, and specifically why you would be suited to a front‑office sales role.
