Sales Development Representative – Soulreflectors

Location: Manchester, England, United Kingdom

Salary: £25k-£30k base + uncapped commission (OTE £45k-£50k)

Employment Type: Contract

About the role

Join Soulreflectors, a fast‑growing Prop Tech company that is improving the property industry through world‑class technology. As a Sales Development Representative you will help expand the reach of our products to estate agents across the UK, supporting higher revenue and a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities with estate agents via outbound calls, emails and other channels.
  • Develop and nurture a pipeline of self‑generated client prospects.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams to achieve high performance.
  • Deliver a first‑class customer experience at every interaction.
  • Contribute to product knowledge and share insights with teammates.
About you
  • Previous outbound B2B sales experience.
  • Track record of meeting monthly KPIs and targets.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive and tenacious with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Self‑starter who takes initiative and confidently makes contact with potential clients.
  • Curious and detail‑oriented with excellent communication skills and an inspiring product passion.

Interview Process

Three stages (incl. a presentation task):
Intro video call with Talent team → Hiring Manager interview & outbound roleplay → Final interview with Co‑Founder.
