Are you ready to lead the charge and be at the forefront of our ambitious global expansion? Are you skilled at hunting, pitching and prospecting, and can you close high-value commercial deals with building owners? Are you relentless in your pursuit of delivering results with the determination to change the world of work?

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Agree high-value deals to deliver inspiring new partner locations, expanding the IWG network in towns and cities
  • Prospect opportunities in commercial buildings across your region, pitch for new partnership opportunities, and close deals quickly and effectively
  • Showcase the value of the IWG partnership proposition to your network of B2B connections
  • Source ambitious partners that match growth goals and drive rapid growth through new developments or conversions
  • Use a dynamic, versatile approach to business development tailored to partners’ needs
  • Manage your pipeline from initial contact through detailed negotiations to a signed agreement

About You

You’ll be passionate about working in a high-growth sector and ready to lead in disrupting the commercial real-estate industry. You’ll grow your network rapidly, drive multiple high-value deals, and present a compelling narrative to audiences of all sizes. Strong communication skills in your local language and English are important, as is a can-do mindset: passion, curiosity, pride, drive and ownership.
