Compensation: £25,000 – £28,000 per year base, uncapped monthly commission with realistic OTE £50,000, £250 monthly car allowance, business travel paid.

• Embrace door‑to‑door sales as your primary focus, championing our competitive packages in residents’ homes.
• Create and nurture your own lead pipeline, guiding prospects through to conversion with confidence.
• Work closely with your line manager to showcase the benefits of You Fibre and its services to the local community.
• Foster meaningful relationships within the community and with key stakeholders.

• Located within a 30‑minute drive of the Manchester area.
• Full clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Valid right to work in the UK.
• Passionate about top‑tier customer service, driven to succeed individually and in a team, great communicator, enthusiastic and positive attitude.

• Full training provided – no industry experience required.
• Lone‑working position supported by a Lone Worker app for safety.

• Base salary £25k – £28k per annum (DOE).
