Exclusive Links is looking for hungry, driven individuals based in the UK who are ready to start a career in Dubai Real Estate. We offer full support and guidance through the whole relocation process, whilst walking you through the onboarding, making sure you have everything you need!

Real Estate experience or sales experience is preferred but NOT essential, as we look for motivated individuals with transferrable skills who have the right attitude.

• Daily calls and contact to potential sellers, buyers and developers
• Keep the property database updated and well-managed
• Build strong relationships with developers, owners, and investors
• Attend launches and house viewings
• Negotiate deals and manage transactions with professionalism and confidence
• Keep organised, compliant records and deliver exceptional client service every step of the way
• Provide clients with market insights and detailed information on new developments, pricing, and trends
• Maintain accurate documentation while meeting compliance and quality standards
• Represent Exclusive Links with professionalism and integrity at all times

• Roles are commission only, but offer uncapped tax free earnings, so you NEED a sufficient amount of savings behind you.
• The role is sales, sales, sales - the industry is very competitive
• We need agents who can drive and hold a valid drivers license that can be converted over to a UAE license when here.
