contribution you will bring to this role

Reporting directly to the Hughes Global Sales Director , the
UKSales Manager
plays a key role in expanding business development activities and new business sales, therefore, playing a key role in the company’s bottom line. Being at the forefront of our European sales, this position will focus on driving new business development in the workplace safety market encompassing B2B, distributor- and end-user management,concentrating onthe

UKterritory. This role will create sustained growth by achieving and surpassing aggressive sales targets, expanding businessreachand proactively developing new sales opportunities across the region. You will be activelyparticipatingin short and medium-term business strategies, capable of defining future budgets, salesbridgesand business plans.

  • Drive profitable growth that exceeds sales targets across

    UKregion.
  • Identify and partner with specialized or regional channel partners in your region toassistwith reaching new areas in the market.
  • Main KPIs
    - Funnel creation, Close ratio,New Business Sales, Gross Margin
  • Create, plan, and implement a strategy in alignment with a global sales strategy that ensures short- medium- and long-term success.
  • Identifyend userswho will drive sales growth across

    UKregion.
  • Educateend userson how to sell Hughes’workplace safety products.
  • Conduct visits to end-users to helpfindapplicationsfit totheir needs.
  • Lead Engineering Procurement Constructionfirms’ (EPC) new business account strategy, technical and commercial meetings and conduct lunch & lunch across region.
  • Partner with Inside Sales to gain entry to new accounts, butto also service long-tail customers.
  • Drive new product introductions into your assigned region byleveragingend-user specifications, and focused channel partners.
  • Identify key end-users in targeted verticals and support Marketing to conduct Voice of Customer collection for future product development.
  • Develop a growth strategy for implementation, including a focus on strategic analysis, researching market trends, targeting newrelationshipsand preparing quarterly and annual sales forecasts and targets. Provide a clear understanding and roadmap of the…
