We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance. Key Responsibilities Sales and Profitability Drive sales to meet or exceed store sales targets. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer traffic, maximise sales, and improve profitability. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyse sales performance. Identify opportunities for growth, address underperformance, and adjust sales tactics as needed. Customer Service Ensure that customers receive excellent service by providing a welcoming environment and maintaining high service standards.

Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and effective manner. Implement initiatives to improve customer loyalty and retention. Team Leadership and Development Train store staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team culture.
