To assist the Finance Business Partner with providing quality MI. To work with the central transactional finance team to assist with producing the management accounts from journal stage to monthly packs and detailed forecasting and budgeting .

• Support delivery of high-quality management information (MI) and commercial financial analysis to inform decision-making.
• Contribute to monthly financial reviews, including meetings with Department Heads to discuss results and forecasts.
• Assist with preparation of annual budgets, monthly reforecasts, and Business Review reporting packs.
• Produce MI for the European Group Finance team and prepare event settlements, event reports, and weekly performance trackers.
• Complete month-end tasks such as journals (accruals/prepayments) and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support audit preparation, including documentation and responding to queries.
• Perform ad-hoc bank reconciliations and safe/petty cash counts.
• Prepare quarterly VAT workings, FEU returns, and PRS returns.

• Qualified AAT/Finance degree or relevant finance experience to the role.
• Advanced Excel skills including advanced formulas, pivots, etc.
• Have excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.
