The Manchester United Megastore plays a key role in representing the club and welcoming thousands of fans and visitors each week. As a Casual Sales Associate
, you will be part of a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment, delivering excellent service while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and professionalism. You will act as a brand ambassador for Manchester United, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the values of the club while supporting sales, merchandising, and store operations.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to all visitors and fans
• Maintain strong merchandising and store presentation standards at all times
• Accurately process transactions at the tills and handle payments responsibly
• Assist with stock replenishment, organisation, and stockroom duties
• Support other Megastore departments as required, including shirt printing and sales floor activity
• Work confidently in a busy retail environment, particularly on matchdays
• Adhere to all operational, health & safety, and security procedures
• Any other duties as reasonably requested by a manager

• Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly attitude
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a retail or customer-focused environment
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards of attendance
• Confident working in fast-paced and high-pressure environments
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• High standards of personal presentation
• Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and peak periods
• A positive, proactive, and ‘can do’ work ethic
