Salary:
Starting rate £12.26 per hour (£23,907 per annum), increasing to £12.92 once full training has been completed.

Salford. Job Type: Full Time - 12 Month fixed term contract. Flexibility:
Full flexibility from Monday to Sunday is required. The opportunity to earn up to £2,000 extra each year in discretionary bonuses, which are based on performance against key KPIs.

• Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach
• Assist customers with a range of services including pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products
• Maintain high standards of compliance and store presentation
• Work collaboratively with your team to exceed targets
• Handle transactions accurately and securely
• Multilingual skills are a bonus – due to the diversity of our customer base, the ability to speak additional languages is highly valued, though not required

You don’t need experience in pawnbroking, just a genuine interest in people, a strong sense of integrity, and a willingness to learn. We’ll provide full training and support to help you build confidence and succeed in a fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same.
