You will be responsible for ensuring our customers have an exceptional in-store experience, from helping them select a new pair of shoes to styling an outfit.

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through authentic customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interacting with customers and educating them on our products, building rapport and lasting relationships.
• Store Standards — maintaining front and back-of-house standards, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and adhering to health and safety procedures.
• Responsible for cash management and adherence to policy and procedures for security, health & safety, and stock accuracy.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and collecting customer data.

• Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays
• Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles
• Excellent communication skills
• A positive and professional attitude
• Enthusiasm to learn and to share product knowledge
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven atmosphere
