We are recruiting experienced Retail Site Managers to deliver fast-track Sainsbury's fit-out and refurbishment projects across the UK for leading principal contractors.

This role is ideal for Site Managers with proven Sainsbury's store experience
, confident running live retail environments and managing projects from strip‑out through to handover.

• Full on‑site management of Sainsbury's retail fit‑out projects
• Managing subcontractors, direct labour, and site logistics
• Delivering projects to tight retail programmes and brand standards
• Health & Safety management (RAMS, toolbox talks, inductions)
• Liaising with Project Managers, Clients, and Store Teams
• Quality control, snagging, and handover on live retail sites
• Managing works in live trading environments

• Proven experience as a Retail Site Manager on Sainsbury's projects
• Strong background in retail fit‑out / retail refurbishment
• Experience working on live retail environments
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card (Black preferred)
• First Aid
• Willingness to work nationwide and stay away as required

• Fast‑track retail programmes
• High‑street or supermarket fit‑out
• Principal contractor background
