Retail Merchandiser

Are you looking for a part‑time role to boost your income? CPM is looking for team members who can join us to place POS (point of sale) and in‑store media at Asda.

If you can work every Thursday (average 3 hours per week) and have experience merchandising/placing POS, we want to hear from you. £14.12 per hour (including holiday pay).

You will place POS in designated parts of the store to support several brands. It is essential to achieve coverage of all POS placements, which you will photograph and report through an online app when completed. In a typical call you will: sign into the store, introduce yourself to the key store contacts, liaise with store colleagues to locate the POS previously delivered, place bollard covers and promotional barkers, large gondola end cardboard display units, and other POS as required.

You will use a stepladder in the store to place media at height.

• Available every Thursday to complete the visit. Calls are to be completed between 6 am and 4 pm on a Thursday (hours will vary week on week).
• Own a smartphone (Android or Apple) to report visits in store.
• Willing to place POS at height using a stepladder.
• Competent/confident using and navigating an app‑based system.
• Happy to work in-store, spending several hours navigating around the store and potentially moving heavier boxes of POS or stock as required.
• Great communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Experience working with POS.
• Good attention to detail.
• Flexible and enjoys working as part of a team.
• Self‑starter and willing to get involved.

We will give you comprehensive training and all the information you will need to execute the placement of POS. You will also have the support of your CPM field manager to help with any queries you may have.
