Assistant Merchandiser

We are working with a well‑known retail brand to find an Assistant Merchandiser who’s confident with numbers, curious about product performance, and enjoys working in a fast‑paced commercial environment. If you’re someone who loves turning data into clear actions and helping shape great product ranges, this could be a brilliant next step.

In this role, you’ll support the Merchandiser, get involved in range planning, and help keep stock flowing smoothly throughout the season.

• Setting up and maintaining range plans and line cards
• Stock and Sales analysis
• Review stock levels and cover, and taking action to maximise sales.
• Making sure replenishment systems are accurate and up to date.
• Reviewing sales performance, supporting forecasting, and helping adjust plans when needed.
• Preparing weekly trading data and coordinating sales report distribution.
• Carrying out promotional and product analysis to support commercial decisions.
• Working closely with merchandising, logistics, and field teams
• Stepping in for the Merchandiser when required.

• Currently a strong Merchandising Assistant looking to step up or an existing Assistant Merchandiser looking for a new challenge
• Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail.
• Someone organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
• A team player who builds positive working relationships.
• Commercially aware and confident in problem‑solving.
