Sales Assistant

As a Sales Advisor based in Trafford Park, Manchester you will be responsible for:

• Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations.
• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email promptly and courteously, along with general office duties.
• Completing general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, putting away deliveries, and merchandising displays to a high standard.

• Industry or merchant experience is advantageous.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch.
• Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

This is a permanent, full‑time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00AM‑17:00PM with a 1 hour break. No weekend work required.
