Position Overview

The Retail Assistant – Part Time, Early Starts role at Farmfoods is a permanent, part-time position based in Longsight, Greater Manchester.

Requirements include being available for early‑morning shifts on a minimum of 12 hours a week across three days, with weekend coverage as needed.

Hours:

12 hours across 3 days per week.

Pay: £10.10 per hour for ages 16‑20; £12.31 per hour for ages 21 and over.

• Provide a friendly welcome and greeting to all customers.
• Assist customers in locating items.
• Deliver fast, friendly till service and help with packing.
• Handle stock, including deliveries, and organize products on shelves and in freezers.
• Collaborate with the team to complete daily and weekly routines ensuring the shop remains safe, clean and tidy.
