• Support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly and approachable presence at the entrance doors.
• Deterrence of loss on the sales floor and act as an ambassador for the loss‑prevention function.
• Work closely with the store team to maintain product security and provide effective conflict resolution when required.
• Remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Be self‑motivated, resilient and driven to make a difference with a natural ability to communicate.

• Experience in a customer‑facing role within a fast‑paced retail environment or a security guard role is ideal, but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
