Simon Acres Group LTD are representing a well established and successful Plumbers Merchant. This is an exciting role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to be a part of the launch of a brand-new branch, shaping the branch’s culture, and driving its growth and success from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection and inquiries.

Accurately process sales transactions and manage account-related queries.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Promote new products, special offers, and seasonal promotions.

Handle telephone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.

Assist in the warehouse as required.

Assist with deliveries as required.

Requirements /

Skills:

Previous experience in a plumbers' or builders merchant environment is preferred.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Basic knowledge of plumbing and heating products is advantageous.

Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

A proactive approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
