- Deliver the One Luxe
Experience:
Consistently execute the One Luxe service model for a premium, personalized experience. - Product Expertise and Storytelling:
Demonstrate products, immerse customers in brand heritage, and offer tailored knowledge. - Embody Brand Excellence:
Act as a L'Oréal Luxe brand ambassador with luxurious service and merchandising standards. - Staying Trend-Forward:
Maintain awareness of latest makeup, skincare and wellness trends.
- Achieving Sales Targets:
Consistently hit individual and counter sales goals. - Building Client Relationships:
Proactively build authentic relationships in-store and digitally. - Promoting Events and
Activities:
Inform customers about in-store events, promotions, and brand activations. - Creating Engaging Experiences:
Design and execute innovative, engaging events and animations. - Brand Advocacy:
Represent L'Oréal Luxe brands on internal and external social media while following guidelines.
- Teamwork and Training:
Participate in team efforts and complete required training programs. - Administrative Responsibilities:
Complete daily and weekly admin tasks using Tamigo/One Retail. - Maintaining Counter Standards:
Upkeep hygiene, housekeeping, and a welcoming counter environment.
