• As Sous Chef, take responsibility for the kitchen during your shift, overseeing everything from preparation and food quality to hygiene, compliance, and cost control. You'll play a key role in delivering consistently high standards, supporting the Head Chef, and helping to create an exceptional guest experience.
• Coaching and developing junior team members, contributing to a positive, professional kitchen culture.
