You’ll play a vital role in preparing and serving wholesome, homemade meals that not only meet nutritional needs but also bring comfort and enjoyment to our residents every day.

• S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery.
• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
• In‑depth knowledge of Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP).

• Experience working as a cook in a care home, hospital or similar setting.
• Experience in menu planning and nutrition‑sensitive cooking for older adults.
• Previous experience of maintaining food safety standards.

• Team‑player with a positive attitude and caring approach.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently during busy shift periods.
• Willingness to adopt new technology and continuous learning.
