At Lina Stores, we believe in Hospitality at Heart, and as a Barback, you will support our bar team in delivering outstanding service and efficiency. You’ll play a vital role in setting up the bar, restocking products and glassware, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This is a fantastic entry point for anyone wanting to build a long-term career in hospitality, especially if you’re passionate about beverages and Italian culture.

You’ll work closely with our bartenders and managers and have access to learning and development opportunities, with a clear path to progressing into a bartender role.
