Salary: £13.80 per hour + Tronc + 75p guest experience bonus. Full time.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie/Breakfast chef to join our Albert's Schloss kitchen team and be responsible for breakfast service. The ideal candidate has experience working with fresh food in a high-volume restaurant, ideally from a breakfast service background.

• Prepare and cook breakfast dishes in a busy kitchen.
• Work alongside our Chefs as part of a tight‑knit team.

• Maintain the high standards and pace of a busy food operation.
