We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie, someone who thrives in the heat of the kitchen. As our newest Chef de Partie, you will have a proven track record of delivering brand standards in a kitchen environment. You will work in a clean and efficient manner, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and be able to work under pressure without losing your cool.

You will work closely with our kitchen team to deliver an unforgettable dining experience, leaving our guests yearning for more.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days, offering great flexibility if required. Shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed  offer nationally recognised apprenticeships alongside detailed brand training.

• Maintain cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen while delivering consistent brand standards.
• Lead and support the kitchen team; work effectively under pressure.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a high-quality dining experience for guests.
• Adapt to flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
