• Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Ensure smooth operations from the lobby to the back‑of‑house.
• Drive performance, quality and customer satisfaction every shift.
• Manage stock, schedules, training and other operational tasks.

• Previous restaurant‑management experience (or a strong assistant ready to step up).
• Hands‑on, can‑do attitude.
