As a Property Manager, your role and responsibilities will include…

* Full end-to-end management of a residential block portfolio

* Acting as the main point of contact for directors, leaseholders and stakeholders

* Communicating regular updates to leaseholders and residents

* Carrying out regular site inspections and arranging and overseeing contractors

* Working with the accounts team to keep budgets on track and approve spend

* Ensuring full compliance with H&S regulation (FRA, EICR, LOLER, etc)

* Managing insurance renewals and claims

We’re looking for a Property Manager with the following skills and experience…

* At least 4 years in residential block or estate management

* Proven experience in managing complex or multi-unit developments

* Working knowledge of service charge budgets and financial admin

* Confident handling directors, leaseholders and challenging situations

* IT literate with Excel and property management systems – Dwellant is ideal

* Full driving license and willingness to attend site visits

In return, the successful Property Manager will receive a salary of £39,000 to £44,000, plus the following benefits…
