My client is a friendly and professional local company that was established in 2003, a very well established business with Offices in the major UK Cities, Dubai and China.

They are now looking for a dynamic Lettings Negotiator to add to their Manchester team.

This is a very active and fast paced market, they are Currently advertising around 30 - 40 listings at any one time with hundreds of completions on new listings to follow

Responsibilities

* Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants

* Showcasing properties

* Answering any queries.

* Provide information regarding tenancy agreements, rental terms, and property features.

* Support tenants through the application process

* Actively seek new business opportunities from potential landlords.

* Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, promoting the agency’s services and offerings.

* Assist with marketing campaigns and leaflet dropping

* Conduct property inspections

* Prepare detailed inventory reports

* Tenant check-in/check-out processes.

* Ensure properties meet compliance and safety standards before, during, and after tenancies.

General Administration:

* Handle landlord / tenant queries, progression of files, and compliance documentation.

* Ensure all paperwork is accurate and up to date in line with current regulations.

* Liaise with landlords and tenants, providing excellent customer service and support.

* Register tenants and landlords on the portal and keeping this up to date at all times.

Requirements

* Proven experience in inventories/inspections, lettings, property management, or a similar role in the lettings industry.

* A valid driving license and your own vehicle are essential for this role.

* Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and independently.

* An advantage if you have used 'Vebra Alto' property software.

Hours of work
- * 9.30 am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday

 * (maybe a rota for Saturday's)

Package on offer
- * Basic Salary £20,000-£25,000 dependant on experience

* 10% commission of all letting deals (payable once the tenancy has commended)
