A well-established and growing property investment company is seeking experienced Property Investment Consultants to join its team in Manchester City Centre
. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in property investment sales and investment analysis who are looking to maximise earnings within a high-performing environment.

The Property Investment Consultant will be responsible for:

• Speaking with qualified investors to understand their investment objectives
• Presenting UK property investment opportunities in a consultative and compliant manner
• Producing Return on Investment (ROI) forecasts for clients
• Demonstrating a detailed understanding of capital appreciation and rental yields
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with investors
• Handing over completed reservations to the Sales Progression Department
  , which manages the process from reservation through to completion
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional client journey

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience in property investment sales (essential)
• Strong knowledge of ROI calculations, capital growth, and yield performance
• A confident, professional, and consultative telephone manner
• A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A self-motivated, organised, and results-driven mindset

• Basic salary up to £35,000
  , dependent on experience
• Uncapped commission with a minimum of 10% per sale
• Office-based role in Manchester City Centre
• Hybrid working available
