As a Lettings Negotiator, you'll manage a portfolio of high‑end rental properties and guide tenants through the lettings process from enquiry to move‑in.
Your responsibilities will include:- Promoting premium city‑centre properties to prospective tenants
- Handling enquiries and booking andस्तर conducting viewings
- Matching the right tenants to the right properties
- Working closely with landlords and high‑profile developers
- Managing your pipeline and working towards achievable targets
- Candidate with 6 months+ lettings or property experience ready for their next step
- Confident communicator who enjoys phone‑based and face‑to‑face interaction
- Self‑motivated, organised and target‑driven individual
