About the Role

Thornley Groves, part of Lomond’s network of lettings and estate agencies, invites you to join our dynamic team as a Property Inspection Clerk. This full‑time, permanent position is based at Vimto Gardens, Manchester, with the standard Monday‑to‑Friday work week and no weekend duties.

• Complete property inventories and conduct regular property inspections.
• Maintain accurate file notes and report findings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Articulate thinker and great communicator.
• Comfortable attending properties.
• Experience in property management, surveying or housing is a plus but not essential.
