As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence, we are seeking an experienced Integrated Management Systems (IMS) Manager to join our team.

• Lead the development, maintenance, and continual improvement of Brand Addition’s Integrated Management System (IMS) across all global operational sites.
• Ensure compliance with ISO
  9001, ISO
  14001, ISO
  45001, ISO
  27001 standards and ESOS.
• Support the business on regulatory frameworks, product and vendor compliance, data collection, and regulatory reporting.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum 4 years in an IMS or similar compliance role.
• Expertise:
  Strong working knowledge of ISO
  9001, ISO
  14001, ISO
  45001 and ISO
  27001.
• Industry Know-How:
  Understanding management systems within global supply chains (e.g. consumer products and factory compliance).
• Auditing:
  Proven experience in conducting internal audits and hosting external certification bodies
• Flexibility:
  Willingness to travel between sites, including international travel as required.
