About The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager we are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance administrator. As a Quality Assurance administrator, you will be responsible for performing quality audits checks and assurance reviews of detailed information to send back to our client.
Location: Eccles.
Hours: 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm Monday to Friday
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Responsibilities- Auditing performance
- Audit compliance
- Plan, execute, and oversee detailed information taken from site
- Assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels
- Identify improvements
- Feedback all missed information to site manager
- Preparation of completed work on data
- Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain issue logs, and report issues to managers
- Help to prepare and submit Performance reports
- Maintaining the quality of information
- Processing quality audits and quality assurance reviews
- Data inputting/Data collating
- Management
Skills:
Exceptional organisation skills with a great eye for detail and a strong administrative background. - Systems:
Competent in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience with up-to-date systems and coordination of quality management systems. - Health, Safety & Environment:
Ability to assess the impact of operations on Health & Safety matters. Thorough knowledge of H and S policies/procedures and safe systems of work. - Operational Understanding:
Comprehensive experience, understanding and qualifications/accreditations in accordance with the role to deliver contractual commitments, operational and safety requirements. - Driving Licence required:
Travel as and when required between locations.
