- 6+ years experience working as an Ecologist in the UK
- Strong understanding of UK nature conservation legislation and policy, and development management processes in England and Wales
- Strong, broad experience in habitat and protected species surveys and reports, preliminary ecological appraisals, and Ecological Impact Assessments
- Experience in project management, client and stakeholder engagement, line managing / mentoring junior colleagues (desirable), tendering and fee proposing (desirable), business development (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence with a willingness to work away / across antisocial hours during relevant seasons
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
