The Mission Step away from the traditional hospital ward and step aboard a world-class superyacht. We are seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse to provide dedicated, 1:1 medical care for a distinguished 80-year-old VIP. This is a unique opportunity to deliver highly personalized, concierge-level healthcare while cruising an exclusive Mediterranean itinerary, including breathtaking destinations such as Monaco, Ibiza, and the Greek Islands.

The Team You will never work in isolation. You will be an integral part of an elite, multidisciplinary medical unit. The onboard medical operations are overseen by a Lead British Doctor and supported by dedicated Physiotherapists, alongside a hand-picked, Western-trained nursing team.

The Safety Patient safety and nurse well-being are our highest priorities. We operate a strict double-nurse shift system, ensuring you always have clinical support, a second opinion, and the ability to maintain the highest standard of acute care at sea without burnout.

The Process We respect your time and demanding schedule. The initial selection and interview phase will be conducted entirely via a secure online platform, allowing you to seamlessly interview from Manchester or anywhere in the UK before any final, in-person meetings are arranged.

Requirements

Requirements To be considered for this exclusive role, candidates must possess:

Education: A Western-accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Experience: A minimum of 4+ years of recent, high-acuity clinical experience (Strictly ICU, ER, or A&E).

Language: Native or C1 equivalent English proficiency (Crucial for clear clinical communication).

Attributes: Unimpeachable discretion, adaptability, and an excellent bedside manner.

Compensation: £60,000 per annum (Strictly Tax-Free).

Leave: 30 days of paid rotational leave.

Living Arrangements: Premium en-suite quarters aboard the vessel.

Expenses: All travel, uniform, and living expenses are fully covered by the employer.
