We are engaging a highly skilled nursing professional for a dedicated 1:1 medical role aboard a private superyacht. Your patient is an 80-year-old VIP requiring constant, high-level clinical observation. The vessel’s upcoming itinerary focuses on the exclusive volcanic islands of the Tyrrhenian Sea . You will oversee the client's care while the yacht navigates the thermal waters of Ischia , the cinematic cliffs of Capri , and the pristine anchorages of the Pontine Islands (Ponza and Palmarola) .
This role demands a practitioner who can deliver hospital-standard care within the confines of a moving luxury residence.
- Medical Lead: A British Doctor overseeing all clinical governance and emergency protocols.
- Rehabilitation: A team of Physiotherapists managing the client’s daily mobility exercises.
- Nursing Staff: A Western-trained nursing cadre ensuring 24/7 coverage and peer support.
To guarantee the highest standard of patient safety and nurse fatigue management, this role operates on a strict Double-Nurse Shift System
. You will always be paired with a second qualified nurse on duty, ensuring safe manual handling and the ability to take structured breaks without compromising patient monitoring.

Qualifications: Western-trained Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
