Practice Nurse – Salford (M6) | £19 to £21 per hour | Full time (hours per week) | Free On-Site Parking
A well-established and supportive GP surgery in Salford is seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join their dedicated clinical team.

- 5 Weeks Annual Leave + Bank Holidays

You’ll be working autonomously within the nursing team, with responsibility for delivering high-quality care including:
- Cervical screening
- Child immunisations
- Adult & Travel immunisations
- Wound care
- Long-term condition reviews – asthma, diabetes, COPD, hypertension & contraception clinics
- A qualified and experienced Practice Nurse
- Confident in the above clinical areas
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal
- Proactive, reliable, and a true team player
