Night Staff Nurse (RGN / RMN) Luxury Elderly Care 21.50 per hour

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC PIN
• Post-qualification nursing experience
• Experience working within a nursing home setting
• Confident in leading a night shift and making autonomous clinical decisions
• We cannot accept newly qualified nurses for this role

• Lead and deliver clinical care during the night ensuring residents feel safe comfortable and well-supported.
• Complete assessments care plans and medication rounds with accuracy and confidence.
• Respond to changing needs and elevate when required ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Provide hands‑on support to the care team mentoring and guiding where needed.
• Maintain clear communication with families and daytime teams for continuity of care.
