Overview
Take your marketing career to the next level with an award-winning, fast-paced creative agency! We’re looking for an enthusiastic Account Executive / Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting, hands-on role where you’ll manage client accounts, coordinate creative projects, and help deliver high-impact campaigns from concept through to completion.
What you’ll do- Support account teams in managing and growing client relationships, acting as a key point of contact.
- Coordinate multiple projects, from creative briefs to delivery timelines, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and on budget.
- Cost projects, manage scope, and oversee internal systems to keep all work organised and on track.
- Liaise with external suppliers, including video production, 3D animation, and other creative partners, to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
- Proof-check content, manage localisation and translation processes, and handle administrative tasks to support smooth project delivery.
- Contribute to client pitches, presentations, and strategy discussions, helping to drive creative ideas forward.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across creative, digital, and account teams to ensure a cohesive, high-quality output for all clients.
- Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and best practices, providing insights to inform client campaigns and strategies.
- Enthusiastic, personable, and flexible with strong attention to detail.
- Team player who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience in marketing, communications, or agency environments desirable but not essential.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office; customer service or client-facing experience a plus.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to keep projects on track and support colleagues effectively.
- Confident communicator, able to present ideas clearly to clients and internal teams.
