My client is a fashion brand house and looking for a Graduate Paid Media Assistant, to join a team at a key period of growth. This person will assist the Marketing team in driving multi-brand growth that will continue to push the business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in digital marketing who’s ready to gain hands-on experience across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and Tik Tok. You will have the opportunity to contribute across other existing and upcoming brands within our multi-brand portfolio.

You’ll be involved in strategy, execution, and optimisation across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok and email marketing – with exposure to broader marketing initiatives and real impact on brand growth.

The role offers ongoing training, exposure to real campaigns, and the chance to contribute to broader marketing strategies.

Experience

* Strong graduate – keen to learn and make a difference to the team

* Experience across Google Ads, Meta, and Tik Tok would be a benefit – not essential.

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

* Commercial mindset

* Proven ability to work across teams.
