An exciting opportunity to join an integrated marketing agency who are experiencing strong growth with existing clients in 2026 as a Digital Content Manager.

Our Client

A long-standing Manchester agency, they've got many clients and people who have been with them for a long time, a testament to the high quality of their creative work and their culture. They've recently won a number of key industry awards and are a very financially stable agency.

The Role

You’ll work alongside the PR team with a focus on generating organic content for client social media channels, working with them to take the stories they have for clients and deliver content that is impactful. You’ll deliver content from creation through to scheduling and delivery, liaising with creative and performance marketing teams. You’ll assess performance, and continually develop recommendations for future content, as well as deliver monthly analytical reports.

You

You should have a minimum of 2 years’ of agency experience in a Digital Content or Digital PR role. Good understanding of key social media platforms and knowing what content can deliver useful data and impactful results. The ability to think strategically will be beneficial as you’ll get the opportunity to make an impact with client content strategy. You’ll have the ability to analyse content performance to deliver insight and recommendations for future content.

Keen to keep abreast of changes to the online media landscape and a basic understanding of SEO would be useful. Key things they look for are people with great aptitude, who are hungry to prove themselves and bring lots of enthusiasm to their role.
