Our work spaces are community-led and aspirational; a place where people and businesses can grow and scale without compromise.

We’re looking for a confident and creative Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment, confident in running digital campaigns, managing a demanding social media calendar across multiple brands, and turning creative ideas into tangible results. You’ll work across everything from social and paid media, to events, video creation, and data reporting – helping Department stay at the forefront as the industry’s leading flexible workspace operator.

Key Responsibilities Social Media
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging high‑quality social media content that drives audience growth, engagement, and brand affinity.
  • Develop and maintain a house photography and video style aligned with brand look and feel and create clear briefs for photographers.
  • Source, curate, and manage high‑quality user‑generated content (UGC).
  • Pitch bold, creative content ideas, hooks, and scripts tailored to each platform.
  • Collate, write, and edit engaging content for our newsletter to support member retention and strengthen community engagement.
Website & Content Marketing
  • Repurpose content across platforms, including blogs and email newsletters.
  • Manage creative content for our in‑house digital screens, developing visually compelling messaging and assets that enhance brand presence and deliver clear communication across internal and member‑facing environments.
  • Ensure website content is up to date, applying SEO‑optimised content techniques, working closely with developers and agencies as needed.
  • Create visually compelling, on‑brand assets using Canva, ensuring all marketing materials are consistent, polished, and aligned with Department’s visual identity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and showcase member success stories and case studies.
Analytics and Testing
  • Consistently track business performance across CPA, ROAS, and conversion, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Launch weekly experiments across websites, socials, creatives, and offers, reporting back on progress.
  • Use data to shape decisions, allocate budget, and growth direction.
  • Test creatives, audiences, messages, and offers to drive lower customer acquisition costs.
  • Scale initiatives that deliver strong results and continuously optimise marketing performance.
Campaign & Channel Execution
  • Implement and optimise the marketing plan across paid, owned, and earned channels – including social, email, and website.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across sales and operations to ensure cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints.
  • Drive campaign activation and performance, ensuring each initiative delivers measurable business impact.
  • Coordinate partnership activities to amplify brand visibility and engagement.
Skills and Experience

This role will suit someone with 4+ years’ experience in a marketing position who is looking to progress to a more senior role and take on more responsibility.

  • 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally across premium and hospitality‑led brands.
  • Hands‑on expertise in PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, and website management.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a clear and confident communication style.
  • Experience editing Word Press websites, confidently updating and optimising content to keep it engaging, on‑brand, and SEO‑friendly. Able to take ownership of the site’s day‑to‑day performance while collaborating with developers or designers when needed.
  • Proficient in Hub Spot marketing, creating and managing email campaigns, workflows, and automations that drive engagement, retention, and growth. Skilled at using data to segment audiences, personalise messaging, and report on campaign effectiveness, always looking for ways to improve performance and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset and confidence reviewing performance data.
  • Tech‑savvy and organised, able to work independently and pivot focus as needed.
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • A proactive, self‑starter attitude, able to take ownership of projects, make decisions confidently, and drive ideas to completion.

You’ll be part of a busy, ambitious shaping the future of flexible workspace. This is a role for someone who wants to make a real impact, bring bold, creative ideas to life, and see tangible results from their work.
