Senior Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a confident, strategically minded Senior Marketing Manager to lead how One Agency Media presents itself to the industry.

This role treats the agency as a client in its own right, owning our marketing, communications, and reputation across PR, awards, thought leadership, SEO, website content, and our social channels. You’ll shape how we tell our story: about our people, our culture, our thinking, and the work we’re proud of.

Alongside this, you’ll work closely with our Strategy team, helping bring clarity and structure to major client-facing work, from campaign narratives to large strategic documents and presentations.

This is a senior role for someone who leads with confidence, judgement, and initiative, and who plays an active part in raising standards across the agency.

You’ll lead the agency’s marketing and communications activity, ensuring everything we put into the world is consistent, considered, and reflective of our positioning. From PR and awards to thought leadership and owned channels, you’ll ensure our voice is clear, confident, and aligned with our tone of voice framework.

You’ll help define how One Agency Media is perceived externally, building visibility, credibility, and recognition through strong storytelling, smart positioning, and high-quality outputs. This includes leading awards and case studies, developing thought leadership around our people, and strengthening our presence across industry platforms.

Leading Agency Social (Strategic Ownership)

You’ll own the strategic direction of One Agency Media’s social channels, setting the narrative, standards, and priorities, while working closely with the Social team to ensure content is delivered on time, on brief, and to the expected quality.

You’ll partner with the Strategy team to help shape and refine major client-facing work, translating complex thinking into clear, persuasive written narratives that bring ideas to life.

Contributing at a Senior Level

You’ll act as a senior presence within the team, supporting junior colleagues, working closely with leadership, and contributing to new business activity where needed. You’ll be trusted to move work forward, make sound decisions, and uphold the agency’s standards

• Significant experience in marketing, communications, PR, or strategic writing within a creative or integrated agency
• A strong writer and editor, confident in shaping narratives for both agency and client work
• A clear understanding of brand, tone of voice, and reputation-building
• Someone commercially aware, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• A calm, confident operator who brings clarity, initiative, and good judgement
• A collaborative team player who enjoys supporting others and raising standards
