Want your great content creation expertise to make a big difference?
Join our Content and Resource team and shape high-quality, insight led content and resources that truly make a difference. You'll plan, develop and deliver engaging materials across the full customer journey - from standout sales collateral and revenue enablement content, to onboarding and nurture resources, to supporting the creation of video content that helps bring our brand to life.
The Content and Resource Producer role sits within the Marketing Operations Team, part of the Marketing and Brand department within the Commercial Directorate. This directorate includes Marketing, Sales, Customer Services, and Product Development, all focused on putting our customers first.
This isn't a line management role, but it is highly collaborative.
You'll work with stakeholders at all levels and across multiple locations, with occasional travel to other AQA offices. You'll also work closely with subject experts, agencies and internal teams (including Security, Risk and GDPR).
Key responsibilities
You will:
Develop and manage content across the acquisition, nurture and retention lifecycle, ensuring everything you create supports revenue goals and enhances customer experience.
Create high‑performing revenue‑enablement content, including sales collateral, pitch materials, case studies, product explainers and customer‑facing assets.
Contribute to video content by guiding messaging and video editing to enhance impact.
Collaborate with subject experts and external partners to co‑create accurate, impactful content.
Monitor performance and insights, continually refining content based on what works best.
Commit to your own professional development, staying ahead of trends in content formats, channel usage and customer expectations.
What we are looking for
You'll thrive in this role if you're curious, collaborative and focused on creating content that truly matters. You have:
A strong understanding of effective revenue‑enablement content and how it drives acquisition and retention.
Hands-on experience supporting video content creation, with the ability to make edits.
A track record of using data and insights to shape content decisions.
Confidence working with digital content platforms and CMS tools.
Experience using creative tools such as Canva, Heyzine, Flipsnack, InDesign and Premiere Pro.
Strong organisational and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to work across multiple projects and teams.
What's in it for you
You'll join a team where your ideas matter, a role that gives you real ownership and impact.
Shape content that reaches thousands of teachers and learners.
Opportunity to grow your skills and learn from subject experts.
Enjoy a culture that values flexibility, wellbeing and balance.
Be part of a high-performing, supportive, creative team.
Contribute to work that directly supports education.
