We work with some of the fastest-growing beauty, fashion, lifestyle and FMCG brands across the UK, US and EU. LIVE commerce sits at the centre of our growth engine, and this role is critical to delivering cut‑through results at scale.
What you will doThis is a strategy-first LIVE role
, not a scheduling or production role.
We’re looking for a Tik Tok LIVE Strategist to lead the strategy behind daily LIVE trading and showcase events
. You’ll be responsible for building, owning and optimising LIVE strategies that convert attention into revenue.
You’ll work closely with brands, presenters, LIVE Ops, affiliate teams and paid media to ensure every LIVE has a clear commercial purpose and delivers against GMV targets.
LIVE Strategy Ownership- Own the LIVE strategy for a portfolio of brands on Tik Tok Shop
- Build clear, commercially grounded LIVE plans across:
- Daily always‑on lives
- Campaign‑led lives
- Showcase and tentpole events
- Define what success looks like for each LIVE (GMV, AOV, conversion)
- Translate brand objectives into actionable LIVE trading strategies
- Build LIVE trading calendars aligned to:
- Promotions
- Launches
- Retail moments
- Define:
- Product sequencing
- Bundles
- Offers and incentives
- Identify hero products and LIVE‑only opportunities
- Optimise LIVE performance to maximise GMV and efficiency
- Analyse LIVE performance across:
- GMV
- Conversion rate
- AOV
- Retention and repeat viewing
- Identify what’s working, what’s not and why
- Apply learnings quickly across future lives
- Lead post‑LIVE reviews with clear actions
- Act as the LIVE strategy lead for clients
- Confidently present LIVE plans, results and recommendations
- Educate brands on how LIVE fits into wider Tik Tok Shop growth
- Challenge clients where needed to drive better outcomes
Requirements
What We’re Looking For Essential- Proven experience in Tik Tok LIVE, social commerce or e‑commerce trading
- Strong commercial mindset with comfort owning GMV targets
- Deep understanding of:
- LIVE conversion mechanics
- Product sequencing and bundling
- Promotional strategy
- Confident using performance data to drive decisions
- Strong communication skills with clients and internal teams
- Experience running daily LIVE programmes or large showcase events
- Background in beauty, fashion, lifestyle or FMCG
- Experience working with affiliates and paid media alongside LIVE
