RoleSummary and Impact
As an Account Executive, the successful candidate will rapidly develop their knowledge of paid advertising across key social channels, from activation through reporting. You will learn to work as part of a team that plans and delivers award-winning work in a busy agency environment with training and development at its core.
What we are looking for- Display an eagerness to learn. You should be diligent and attentive to detail, able to listen, learn new skills, and put these into practice quickly.
- Able to show interest in how digital advertising/marketing works (especially on social media channels) and a desire to deepen knowledge in this area.
- Computer literate with a good base of skills across the Microsoft Office suite (including Excel).
- Being part of a busy agency environment, we regularly work with large amounts of data, so confidence with numbers is a must.
- Teamwork is key; we are looking for someone collaborative, friendly, and with a can-do attitude.

Skills & Qualifications Campaign Management
- End-to-end setup of paid social campaigns across relevant social platforms.
- Undertaking regular quality assurance checks to ensure campaigns meet defined best practice standards.
- Monitoring campaign performance and pacing to ensure activity delivers as expected; troubleshooting and optimizing to improve performance.
- Producing detailed and accurate weekly/monthly campaign performance reports, often using Microsoft Excel.
- Writing performance commentary that delivers valuable insight and recommendations to clients.
- Assisting with more detailed analysis including end-of-campaign reporting, quarterly/annual reviews, and standalone projects.
- Working closely with your line-manager and the wider team to support the delivery of high-quality work for clients.
- Working with partners and attending regular platform training sessions to further develop paid social skillset.
- Responsible for managing your workload and communicating clearly and in a timely manner with internal and external stakeholders across email, chat, video, and in-person.
- Attend regular internal meetings and training sessions to actively contribute to a collaborative paid social community.
- Follow the mandatory agency finance processes; work with your line-manager to ensure processes are followed, enabling prompt payment/invoicing and minimizing finance queries.
